follow these great tips to burn fat and lose weight fast. If

can use anytime.
1.Keep a record. Write down what you eat and drink. Now
don’t become obsessed with counting calories. Whenever you
consume something just note it down in a journal and how
much you had. This serves to make you mindful of what you
are eating and will help you to prepare healthier snacks and
meals.
2.Cut the sugar. Yes, sugar’s great for a quick boost but
is no good for sustained energy. Try an keep sugar treats
such as chocolates, desserts, biscuits etc, to a maximum of
3 times a week. You don’t have to give up the luxury foods
you love, just consume less of them. The key here is
moderation.
3.Prepare at least one lunch and supper a week that excludes

deal more filling than a whole carrot. I know that’s weird
but its true, try it. Its actually important to snack as it
keeps you going between meals, as long as your snack is fine
tasting, fresh and healthy.
7.Chew. Pick foods that increase your chewing. If you chew
properly you will feel more full and content. Did you know
that you should chew whatever you eat at least 30 times
before swallowing? It gives your digestive system less work.
8.Television. Don’t eat in front of the tv, snacks or
meals. Research has shown that we eat way more in front of
the tv, probably because we are not aware of what we are
eating and the time we spend watching tv.
9.Cut down saturated or added fats, by at least 50%. That’s
50% less mayo or sauce on your sandwich or salad, butter or
spread on your toast or muffins, and also half the oil used
in your frying pan. Again, moderation, just use less.
10.Reduced fat source of protein. Have chicken, beans, low
fat yogurt or fish. Cut down on red meat, eggs and nuts to
once or twice a week.
11.Dairy products. Reduce the fat content in your dairy
products. Try to go for fat free milk rather than 2% because
there’s no real difference between 2% and full cream. Look
for reduced fat cheese and yogurt. Again, try fat free and
sugar free yogurt.
12.Water. Cut down the sodas, tea, coffee and even juices
unless its freshly squeezed. Cut out alcohol completely, no
compromise on this one. Aim for 8 to 10 glasses of water a
day. Try it with a piece of lemon in the morning, absolutely
invigorating.
13.Eat slowly. As I mentioned earlier chew properly and
slowly. It takes time for your brain to register that you
are full, and you can easily eat too much if you are eating
too fast and swallowing big chunks.
14. Wholegrains. Increase your intake of wholegrains such as
nuts, beans, legumes and cereals. this will increase your
fiber levels and help to regulate your digestion.
15.Prepare your meals and snacks. This starts at the
supermarket or health store. Have a list of what you need.
